Consumer Complaint: I have contacted and tried to resolve the issue with Portfolio Recovery Associates in the matter of credit card and other misc debt that has been opened under my name and information. This company states that they have sent mail in regards to this issue however I have yet to receive a thing. I tried contacting them directly via email to see if they can send the paperwork, however I am not getting any responses after their initial ‘We need to make sure this email is secure ‘ email they sent where they had me reply back an ‘I Agree ‘ to continue communications. Well this was sent on Wednesday and I have yet to hear back. I have sent an email to them on Friday stating ” I need to know if youll be responding to my emails. Ive already sent an I AGREE response and havent heard a thing back. I can always open up a complain again but I decided to give you a try by contacting you directly. ” I need to dispute ALL charges that are tied with my social security number including but not limited to ( accounts ) : XXXX XXXX : {$990.00} XXXX XXXX : {$620.00} XXXX : {$340.00} XXXX XXXX : {$220.00} Total : {$2100.00}
