Consumer Complaint: On XXXX/XXXX/XXXX I was trying to buy a house and my mortgage company asked me about this collection company in the amount of XXXX dollars and I did know who they were so I called and asked that they send me verification if the debt and I called them back and told them that their was no where on this information was my signature and that I did n’t owe them anything and for months I have been trying and disputing the information to the credit bureau, one company equifax removed it but the other two refuse to remove it so now I ca n’t buy a home because of this company.
