Consumer Complaint: I got this card in XX/XX/XXXX. It’s been so long since I used it, I can’t tell you what it is I’m paying on, nor have I been using credit cards of any kinds besides store credit cards. I called sometime last week to see what it is that I’m sending in payments for since I don’t use the card. I was told what I’m paying is interest. I did a balance transfer in XX/XX/XXXX for $XXXX. That made my balance $XXXX. I’ve been paying more than the minimum amount and I even send in extra. The minimum payment is about $59 now. I have been sending $XXXX a month PLUS $XXXX EVERY WEEK for the last month or more AS WELL AS my checks from my part time job. From XX/XX/XXXX up until XX/XX/XXXX, I’ve been paying anywhere from $XXXX to almost $600 more than the minimum payment. My interest rate is 10.99% but yet my balance just recently went below $3200. My payments are also on time and never late. When I called the company, I called 3 times to see if they could reduce the debt so I could pay it off and my request was denied. If I haven’t used the card, how in the hell can I still be paying interest? The dates that I called were: XX/XX/XXXX (twice), XX/XX/XXXX
