Consumer Complaint: I currently home school my daughter through an online virtual school. Wells Fargo repeatedly calls during school hours, despite my complaints that they’re interrupting my daughter ‘s school day. This is the same as harassing someone at work.

Wells Fargo is extremely rude and offensive. On XX/XX/18, they falsely accused me of abandoning the property, then told me that’s the only ” reality ” that exists when I tried to explain that was false. Attacking my perception of ” reality ” is a highly abusive, manipulative tactic, even as absurd as they sound.

This is a delicate, unfair situation of a divorce involving XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, and a state child support system that is 47 weeks behind on my child support and household maintenance payments. Wells Fargo has been made aware of the statewide crisis in support payments.

Wells Fargo has repeatedly told me that without my own job/income, they can’t provide a workout plan, when the judge has ordered both child support and household maintenance due to being out of the workforce for 12 years, giving me the chance to return to school and/or obtain specialized career training.

This is clearly discrimination against women. The home is in my name only, and I’m 22 years into a 30 year mortgage. There are no property disputes in the divorce.
