Consumer Complaint: Perfection Collection never notified us via mail or phone that we were taken to collections. We did not have any idea we weren’t sent to collections until I called the company.

XXXX never notified us via mail or phone that they sent any debt to collections. There salesman also lied in our agreement. We stated we would be moving within 2 years and he stated we could cancel at anytime if we move. He was trying to make a sales on false claims.

Either company can not produce our original contract.

GOVERNMENT ACTION Gov Action Utah DOPL On XX/XX/XXXX the Utah Division of Occupational and Professional Licensing ( DOPL ) found XXXX, XXXX employing an unlicensed individual as an alarm company agent. Respondent was issued a fine of {$400.00} which has been paid.

GOVERNMENT ACTION Pennsylvania Attorney General Settlement On XX/XX/XXXX, Attorney General of Pennsylvania entered into a Settlement Agreement with XXXX, XXXX. According to the settlement, agents from XXXX allegedly made the following misrepresentations in door to door solicitations : XXXX agents said they were affiliated with the consumers ‘ existing security companies.
Agents further said that consumers ‘ existing security systems and services n GOVERNMENT ACTION State of Texas v. XXXX, XXXX.
On XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX , XXXX. and XXXX XXXX XXXX , XXXX. entered into an Assurance of Voluntary Compliance ( AVC ) with State of Texas. The State of Texas alleged XXXX employees engaged in door-to-door solicitations for home alarm system goods and services in Texas without being authorized to do so as required by the Occupations Code and some of the XXXX employees engaged in door-to-door solicitation in Texas after
