Consumer Complaint: I took out a small business loan with XXXX XXXX XXXX in New York but I practice XXXX in XXXX Texas. We got hit by major hurricane and lost my XXXX for a month. I was unable to pay XXXX so they sold by debt to XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX garnished all the insurance checks owed to me for my services starting XX/XX/XXXX and continue to have them garnished. I have never be served papers or had a legal judgement against me. The have received more money than what was owed to XXXX, but state they have not received anything even though XXXX has told me they have mailed them the checks.
