Consumer Complaint: Ive made one attempt to dispute my debt, due to financial strain. I was informed that only one of my bills could be lowered and the other would stay the same and would need to be paid immediately. I was told that if I am unable to pay immediately the chance of getting my bill lowered to the same price would be unlikely. Im unfortunately still finincial unstable and paying those prices upfront isnt possible for me at this time. I would appreciate it if my bills were lowered and/or forgiven.
