Consumer Complaint: It has been 7 months trying to resolve a chargeback issue. Wells Fargo Personal bankers, Wells Fargo Merchant Banking and Wells Fargo ‘s collection agency can not resolve the issue and provide sufficient and clear documentation on what is owed, what fees were charged and why, and we still can not resolve the issue 7 months later.
The departments have no way of working together to show what money was passed from my personal bank to merchant banking or to collections, or what was passed on from withheld funds in merchant banking to collections.
Furthermore, I was charged multiple times for them randomly trying to extract money from my personal and business accounts, and then was charged for the rejected transactions on both the merchant banking and the regular bank. Furthermore, they charged me twice for the processing fees ( the chargeback had been once reversed ).
No one has reached out with relevant information to resolve debt owed but is going to release the information to a third party to affect my credit even though I have been trying to resolve this issue for over half a year.
