I FILED BANKRUPTCY ON THIS LOAN AND THE DISCHARGE OF DEBTOR DATED XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX WAS INCLUDED ON THIS DISCHARGE DATE. LOAN # XXXX DATED XX/XX/XXXX AT THE XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX DE XXXX – PHONE # : XXXX AMOUNT AFTER LAST PAYMENT MADE ON XX/XX/XXXX WAS {$450.00}. LOAN # AND THE XXXX STATED IN THE BANKRUPTCY PAPERS. THE LADY STATED THAT I TOOK ANOTHER LOAN OUT AFTER MY BANKRUPTCY WITH THEM. THIS IS NOT TRUE AND SHE OFFERED NO PROOF. XXXX XXXX XXXX WOULD NOT GIVE ME ANOTHER LOAN ANYWAY AFTER FILINING BANKRUPTCY ON THEM. I DO NOT NO WHAT KIND OF SCAM SHE IS TRYING TO PULL OFF – BANKRUPTCY CHAPTER XXXX CASE NO. XXXX. SHE IS IN VIOLATION OF THE BANKRUPTCY LAWS AND I DO NOT APPRECIATE THIS!!! PLEASE HANDLE THIS AND STOP THE HARRASMENT NOW. SHE THREATENED TO FILE A LAW SUITE .
