Consumer Complaint: On or about XX/XX/2017, I contacted XXXX XXXX about switching from XXXX to XXXX XXXX after paying and {$80.00} dollar fee I decided to stay with XXXX I contacted XXXX XXXX and advised them that I was not going to use there service shortly there after i received a ststment for {$160.00} dollars i contacted them again and was asdised i owed the {$160.00} and i told them I never went in to XXXX to start service and was advised to send back Sim card which I did i requested a return of my {$80.00} dollars and was assured i would receive same several months later i received a letter from AmSher collection services , INC that my account number XXXX with XXXX went to collections i contacted AmSher and was sent documents via XXXX which i filled out and sent bact to XXXX several weeks I received a letter from XXXX that I didn’t owe any money to date i hav n’t received my {$80.00} dollar deposit and are continued to be contacted by XXXX for payment although I contacted XXXX with no result. also XXXX sent to credit reporting companies that i owe this debit which is affecting my credit score
