However on XX/XX/XXXX I received a letter from XXXX XXXX, Prizm ‘s ” Legal Collections Manager ” that stated I owe {$9100.00} to XXXX because ” The proceeds from the sale of the vehicle were insufficient to satisfy your loan obligations. ” I was led to believe this issue was resolved however it was just another ploy to take advantage.
