Consumer Complaint: I sent a request for validation for the {$120.00} they claim I owe them, they received my initial letter on XX/XX/XXXX. They didnt reply in a timely matter. They sent a letter dated XX/XX/XXXX which I received a week after XX/XX/XXXX. The XXXX XXXX stamp on the envelope of the letter I received is dated XX/XX/XXXX and the envelope of the letter is stamped XX/XX/XXXX, both dates XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX are outside of the 30 days they have to respond. Also the didnt furnish the credit bureaus with a notice of dispute on my account. I sent a letter to the CEO XXXX XXXX explaining all of this and told him his company needed to delete it form my credit reports but he choose not too.
