Consumer Complaint: The company CITI.Card -XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, is not honoring the information provided in XX/XX/XXXX via Phone.
I called the in XXXX specifically to asked them when was the last day to close the card in order to avoid the fee of {$450.00} for another year service and they mentioned to me that was XX/XX/XXXX, I even asked them if I can close in XXXX and they mentioned to me that will be best to wait until XX/XX/XXXX because the fee will not apply.
Since End of XXXX I been contacting the card company to reimburse me the {$450.00} and XXXX from the citi via Chat confirmed that was their mistake and they will reimburse me via check to my address but already past more than 20 days and I never received the check so I called the citi spoke with XXXX ( XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX ) the manager and he is telling me that the company don’t reimburse the annual fee even if is their mistake as a company police, this is absurd, the account was close before the new cycle year.
