Consumer Complaint: In XX/XX/XXXX I began XXXX XXXX XXXX due to XXXX and I was all alone in Alabama in XXXX Apartments and had no one to help so my children came down from XXXX, GA to move me closer to them. They read my lease and said that I could legally break my lease to due medical illness. I went to the leasing office and spoke with XXXX XXXX ( property manager then ) and explain my situation he told me to bring him a written letter and then I could move. He even came over and completed a walk thru will my children was loading the truck. After two surgeries in XXXX, my eyesight improved a lot and went to try and rent me an apartment and denied because what they put on my credit and it and it shouldn’t be. I’m not sure where they got that total amount from because my lease would have been up in four months and my rent was only XXXX a month. However, I owe them nothing because I did what I was told to do.
