Disputed with XXXX Credit Bureau on XX/XX/XXXX. Called XXXX XXXX to see if they still had account. They said they no longer have files regarding the account number listed on the credit report and the account is closed but not sold off. They use the help of The Best Service Company to help them acquire the debt. Any further inquiries must be made through the collection company.

Recieved first time letter from The Best Service Company on XX/XX/XXXX. Letter claims Balance Due : {$1100.00}. Anual Int. Rate : 10 % Letter states recieving dispute, but for them to first investigate my claim, I must describe in detail the basis of my dispute. I must also provide all documentation to support my dispute. Without any documentation, they will continue to credit report. I called The Best Service Company to inquire about the account asking if they had physical documentation stating they could collect the debt and the accuracy of the information regarding the account. The representative said she was not aware of having such documentation and said she did not know what I meant. She started to go over the information on the account and it was different from the information originally reported by XXXX XXXX. I started to question if the account was mine. She said I was talking over her and she was ending the phone call and hung up. I sent out a letter of verification inquiring about the account in XX/XX/XXXX.
