Come from XXXX. I spoke to an actual person once from their and told them I am out of work waiting to have XXXX XXXX and to stop calling. It has not. Now they call me on a regular basis and when I answer I get a recording saying ” please hold for the next available operator ” .. I’ve held for twenty mins and no answer. I have called them back as well. Also a recording. ” This is the simonds agency. This is an attempt to collect a debt, please hold ” again no human answers.
