Consumer Complaint: Texas Guranteed failed on many times to call back or even said I would qualify for a Hardship program income pay back, but rather that send me the appropriate work each and every time I tried to do a payment or even provide my checking account they would say well your repayment was never set up, ive signed multiple contracts and when they receive they say not received, im a single parent XXXX XXXX working about 70 hours a week and then they go out and do this to me, I work hard for my money this isn’t fair. now im danger of loosing my home and continue loosing a lot of things because of their negligence and disorder within the company, they claim to want to help but they want to destroy you and make sure you stay down. This is highway robbery
