Consumer Complaint: on XXXX XXXX, XXXX my husband and I short saled our house. We have not received the 1099c to do our taxes. I have emailed and my husband called on XXXX XXXX, XXXX about this matter. I called today XX/XX/XXXX and was told by customer service that we will get it by XX/XX/XXXX. We found out that our credit reports were all messed up because of XXXX XXXX. We could not get another loan and I could not get a job because of this. I am still trying to find a job. We have all documentation for credit reports to prove that XXXX contacted and put addresses that we never lived at. I still have a lawyer on my credit report that should not be there. We should have received our 1099c in XXXX. They had plenty of time to do this. Thank You
