Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX card services bought my XXXX XXXX account which should have been discharged in a bankruptcy that was discharged in XX/XX/XXXX. The account was correctly updated on XXXX and XXXX, but XXXX XXXX will not correctly update XXXX, nor will XXXX follow suit with the correct information being reported to XXXX and XXXX. I have disputed through XXXX and the results were ” account verified ”. Again, this account was discharged in a Chapter XXXX. As of XX/XX/XXXX, this account continues to report to XXXX and now states the account is 150 days late. This is damaging not only my credit rating, but also causing unnecessary stress.
XXXX XXXX refuses to delete inaccurate information from XXXX, and they continue to harass me with phone calls despite my communication via XXXX ( disputes ) that the debt was discharged. Furthermore, I informed XXXX that XXXX and XXXX had the same account information reporting correctly, but XXXX refuses to follow suit.
