Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2018 I contacted XXXX with XXXX at XXXX XXXX in concerns with a listing on my credit report in the amount of {$470.00}. XXXX stated that she checked he system and wasn’t sure of why her company is listed on my credit report. She then stated that she is the assistant manager and she is not sure the debt is even true. She advised me to contact XXXX XXXX and see what information they have because if its being reported by them then that means they no longer own the debt and she doesn’t want to discuss something that she knows nothing about. On XX/XX/2018 I contacted the Equifax in regards to a listing on my credit report. I spoke to a rep by the name of XXXX Id # ( XXXX ) I advised him that I wanted to file a dispute with a company called XXXX ‘s XXXX in the amount of {$470.00}. XXXX was very unhelpful, he basically refused to file my complaint. I contacted XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/2018 and spoke to the rep by the name of XXXX Id # XXXX XXXX ). I contacted her because I was concerned with this item that listed on my Equifax report and also listed on my Husbands XXXX, XXXX, XXXX report. XXXX advised me that she has no item in her system for this amount and was unaware of the account in questioned. On XX/XX/2018 I contacted the XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX for assistance
