I received a letter from Procollect dated XX/XX/XXXX which included a final account statement with another individuals identifying information. They failed to provide any competent evidence. They failed to provide me with an original contract. I do not owe this debt. They must remove this account from ALL 3 credit reports and agree not to sell it.
