They said collection was for medical payment for three payments of {$270.00} for copay to local primary care doctor office. Local health network uses electronic accounts and billing, in which all accounts are paid in full and current. Their billing department is unaware of why a collector is contacting me for this.

I’ve informed the collection agency XXXX XXXX of this error and to please stop contacting me. They continue to call me every two days, including weekends.
