Consumer Complaint: I have disputed this account several times since XX/XX/XXXX. When i dispute over the phone with XXXX, a representative will inform me that they don’t have to provide how this debt that was verified. I have a right to know whats in my file and how it is used. They keep informing to keep trying to contact the collection agency. I informed the representative that i did. When i contacted Sunrise Credit Services i spoke with a Rep. by the name of XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX.. This company had my name spelled wrong, address and could not confirm if they were licensed to collect in the state of Indiana. I read off the dates and the amounts from my credit report that XXXX is reporting which is First reporting date XX/XX/XXXX for {$1300.00}. I asked her why did i have to give them the correct spelling of my name, my correct address.. and that i never had any services with this company nor did i ever sign a contract for anything. I informed XXXX that this company is reporting inaccurately and that i intended to file a complaint. XXXX stated that she could send me an itemized bill with charges. I informed her that is not validating that this debt is mine and due to the FCRA i have a right to ask for proof of what documents were used to verify and validate this debt that i supposedly owe to a company that i never had any services with. She said she would have to transfer me to a supervisor and i spoke with a woman by the name of XXXX XXXX. She informed me of the information that XXXX gave out. XXXX stated that she would send out some papers that would be an itemized bill. It has now been 30 days and i have yet to receive anything from this company.
