Consumer Complaint: I signed up with a debt relief company I had been paying off debts I had kept getting calls from 2 creditors on the list in line to be paid .. They ignored the debt relief company sent summons to court I left the debt relief company it has been a long struggle to pay them and every lawyer I talk to said it wasn’t legitimate? I am out close to XXXX … Now got a lawyer for bankruptcy they tried to contact this company with the summons to have this court date extended they ignored them to so now I missed this court date now I am under the threat of having my XXXX check taken from the bank.
