Consumer Complaint: I have 2 credit card with bank of america and it was opened in XX/XX/XXXX. In XX/XX/XXXX, I got delinquent and default and result for debt cancellation in XX/XX/XXXX. I got XXXX from Bank of America. As of now, I attempted to do refinance my house to fix my mortgage. However, I checked my credit and Bank of America still reported that I owed {$32000.00} for both credit card. I attempted Bank of America to get clearance and they come back and asked me to pay off the debt. Even though they said they had issued XXXX but they still have the right to ask me to pay off. They know that I need to clear that has been charged off and cancelled debt was issued in XX/XX/XXXX. They still asked me to pay in full balance.
