Consumer Complaint: During the loan origination process I requested the due date to be XXXX of each month. The loan documents were drawn and the date was set for the XXXX, however I was assured the due date would be changed. The date was not changed and starting on the XXXX of every month I receive numerous calls about being past due. I have requested the date be changed as promised but have been told the account is past due therefore it can’t be completed. This is just a method to be able to access a late fee in the amount of XXXX. I want the due date change as promised and all late fees waived.
