Consumer Complaint: I contacted this company to supply my Medicaid information to have this account rebilled. I have given the insurance information several times to the original creditor to bill. I have contacted my Medicaid representative who states per federal law this debt is not owed and the claim has been processed. I contacted the company to try and resolve off my credit and I was told there is nothing they could do. I am not responsible to pay this debt and it needs to be removed as it is causing me a financial hardship.
