Consumer Complaint: These people constantly call my phone asking for someone else. I have told them on numerous occasions that I did not know the person and to stop calling my phone yet they have continued to harass me. The most recent phone call was today, XX/XX/2018. They keep telling me that they will remove my phone number but that is obviously a lie since I received another phone call today ( XX/XX/2018 ). They say just enough to get me off the phone after sensing and hearing the anger in my voice but do absolutely nothing to remedy the situation by removing my telephone number. Based on what I have experienced, it would appear to me that their collection practices are borderline illegal seeing as how they keep calling me after being told multiple times to stop. If they do not stop harassing me, I am seeking legal remedies.
