Consumer Complaint: Cashcentral is trying to collect for a payday loan ( s ) from XX/XX/XXXX acct numbers XXXX and XXXX. I have had the same phone number since XX/XX/XXXX. Instead of calling me they had another company call my brother in NY, 2500 miles away. My brother is almost XXXX years old and lives with my XXXX year old mother. The only reason to call my family and not me is to harass them to intimidate me. When I call the bill collecter at XXXX the collector refuses to give me the name of the company, the address or a real phone number. They gave me an address as a XXXX XXXX in XXXX CA. The address is a sham. I dont know the name of this company to even file a complaint. On my last call to them I spoke to the manager XXXX who said that based on the nature of there business they can not give me there address.
