Consumer Complaint: SUNRISE CREDIT SERVICES CALLED MY PRIVATE PHONE NUMBER TODAY, XX/XX/2018, APPROX. XXXX, FROM XXXX, HIDING THE NUMBER OF THIER BUSINESS WHICH IS XXXX. XXXX XXXX started barking claims at me, tell me i owe some type of debt. I immediately told her i have no contract with Sunrise Credit and they must NEVER call me again and I demanded Validation of Debt, pursuant to the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act and informed HER, they have 30 days to provide proof of their claim and any communication within that 30 days, other then about the Validation, is a {$1000.00} fine, per incident. I called the company back later on during the day to obtain an insurance Claim form from this company so i may make a claim for damages. They told me my number has been removed and then questioned me why i was calling them. I asked for a Claim form because i was damaged by this company. Everyone at this company has refused to supply me with an insurance claim form. I asked a manager for a claim form and he hung up on me. I had to call back again to ask for the Claim form, this time i was transferred to a Supervisor who refused to listen to me, continued to rudely speak over me, refused to comply with obtaining a Claim form for me, which i demanded several times, he claimed the FDCPA does NOT apply to Sunrise Credit and then hung up on me. I specifically told this Supervisor named XXXX that Sunrise has injured my person and i need a Claim form to file a claim. XXXX asked me Why, instead of supplying the form and then hung up on me. The manager also had the nerve to ask me for my Social Security Number and told me, he can ask me whatever he wants because of ” THE LAW ”. ALL TELEPHONE CONVERSATIONS HAVE BEEN RECORDED. I HAVE AUDIO CONVERSATIONS WITH THIS COMPANY THAT HAVE BEEN SUBMITTED WITH THE XXXX and CFPB IF APPLICABLE. Same recordings will be used in a court of law.
