Consumer Complaint: I’m a victim of identity theft. I notified XXXX of this and you. I provided the fraudulent charges several times. As well as police reports and ftc reports. I reported that my card was lost. And never received a new card. Most of this is when I didn’t have the card. I filed a few complaints with the XXXX as well as the cfpb. I can not believe even after taking charges off they. Were then returned. This has been a horrible experience fighting XXXX to prove my case has only made it more stressful.
