Consumer Complaint: I am a victim of identity theft. I mailed a letter, certified, tracked and registered, as well as other documents to ( Telerecovery ) on and around XX/XX/2018 which included an affidavit of Identity theft, three police reports from the XXXX XXXX Police attesting to and stating that my identity had been stolen on three different occasions, in three different years. Account ( s ) were opened in my name, without my knowledge as a result of the identity theft. After receiving this information ( Telerecovery ) has not responded and continues to report the unknown fraudulent medical account ( s ) on my credit report ( s ). The account ( s ) are : # XXXX, amount {$310.00}. I also requested that ( Telerecovery ) advise me as to the names and addresses of the health care providers, the name of the patient, medical service ( s ) provided and the reported dates of medical service ( s ). ( Telerecovery ) did not respond to this request either.
