Consumer Complaint: In XX/XX/2016 I sold my home as a result of a divorce. My Ex wife and myself cancelled and paid all bills related to the home. XXXX ( Perfection Collection, LLC ) just placed a collection on my credit two years later stating that I owe {$950.00} when I have not owned the home for over two years and fulfilled all contractual obligations and payments beyond what I owed. How can it be possible to penalize someone for 9 months of service when I didn’t even own the home? It is not a penalty for early termination, because we had the service for almost 4 years.
