Consumer Complaint: Hello, I have made several phone calls to this agency and I have written and mailed certified/notorized letters regarding this debt with no relief. This debt was for furniture that I paid monthly for and I have my payment receipts to prove payment. It is showing on my credit bureau report as a collection. I have filed disputes with the credit bureaus and again have had no relief with them removing it. I dont know what else I can do to get them to close the collection account and remove it from my credit bureau report. This purchase was in XX/XX/2014. Can you please assist me with my case? Thank you
