Consumer Complaint: Diversified Adjustment Service sent a letter to me dated XX/XX/2018 claiming I owed a cell phone bill from XXXX. I promptly contacted ” DAS ” and told them I did not know what they are talking about. The debt was added to my credit report without my knowledge anyway. I then sent two certified and Notarized letters to ” DAS ”. One was a section 609 letter the other was a section 605 letter asking to verify the debt. Their company could not verify the debt so it was removed before 30 days had lapsed. However, XX/XX/XXXX of this month ” DAS ” added the debt again without any notices no correspondence what so ever. I contacted ” DAS ” directly to let the company know that they violated the FCRA by not contacting me and not verifying the debt. I spoke to two representatives and verify myself and they both said I owed the debt they wouldn’t listen to anything I had to say they both were very rude one going by the name XXXX. I then contacted XXXX to file a complaint with the company the company claimed they didn’t know who I was. I have all correspondence that was sent to ” DAS ”.
