Consumer Complaint: This is the second complaint about this company as they have reported the same account on my credit report TWICE! They tried to be slick and posted it my credit report with 2 different account numbers. however this account is showing as paid ontime and closed in XX/XX/XXXX. Since I do not know who is the vendor, I consider this debt to be fraud. I have placed a fraud alert on all 3 of the credit reports and have also gotten a XXXX account. I have been unable to get the vendor to provide written document with my signature on it verfying the debt, yet they manage to report this data monthly! I need assistance in this matter.
