Consumer Complaint: I was contacted by Phoenix Financial Services on my business phone during business hours. They called serval times and hung up after each ring. They asked that I verify my personal information, I refused and asked that they verify who they are and why they are calling. The rep refused to provide any details about the company. He stated that I owe a medical bill to them but would not give me any information about the alleged debt or the medical facility where the services were provided. ( I owe no one! I have Insurance that covers all my medical needs ) He mentioned someone else ‘s personal information mixed with some personal identifiable information of mine. This sounds like a merge of information!! I’m not sure. I don’t know who Phoenix Financial Services are AND I’ve seen where they have been sued many times for their deceptive and aggressive collection practices. I will report them to any and every platform. ( XXXX ) ( XXXX ) ( CFPB, YOU GUYS ) and the ATTORNEY GENERAL. As I have RIGHTS as a consumer! ( FDCPA ) ( FCRA ) ( FTC )
