Consumer Complaint: I spoke with a representative by the name of XXXX XXXX in XX/XX/XXXX. She stated that if I paid the balance in full the entry on my credit report would be deleted and it would be like it was never there. I paid the balance in full on XX/XX/XXXX. To date, the entry has NOT been deleted from credit report as promised. I emailed the associate about it on XX/XX/XXXX and I have not received a response. They lied to me in order to collect the debt which a violation of the FDCPA, for which I will take legal action against them and XXXX. I would highly recommend the CFPB take a closer look at this debt collection company. Their practices are abusive and unethical.
