Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX, I received a call from XXXX at XXXX XXXX. After she verified who I was, she attempted to collect a debt. I explained that I don’t want anymore calls and wanted the debt validated – she refused and said that she didn’t have to do that and that I needed to pay the debt. There was yelling on both parts and she disconnected the call. I called back and got her again, explaining that I wanted the debt validated and again she refused, so I disconnected the call. I called back a 3rd time and got the general voicemail box stating that I wanted no more phone calls from them at all and for them to validate the debt and that I was issuing a complaint with the CFPB. On XX/XX/XXXX, I went on their website and stated that I wanted a cease and desist and to have the debt validated. On XX/XX/XXXX, at XXXXXXXX, I received a voicemail message from XXXX asking that I return their call.

This is in direct violation of FDCPA. I told her on a recorded line that wanted the debt validated and she refused, I left a message on their general voicemail that I want no more calls and on their website and yet they continue to call.
