Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2018 I called Velo Law to get the amount owed because I was approved for a loan to pay off all my debt. Upon calling I had found out that they added an additional {$400.00} to my original debt and so I asked to speak to a manager. A very rude woman named XXXX said I would need to mail in written request. I asked to settle for the original amount and was told that i had to fill out a monthly financial statement and offer a proposal. She was incredibly intimidating and offensive in her behavior. I then stated I was going to collect some information of my own and report this law office to the XXXX, to which she replied that i was threatening and disconnected the call. I didn’t know it was a threat to initiate my consumer rights. This is absolutely disgusting behavior.
