Consumer Complaint: on XX/XX/2018 I was notified that a negative collection account was placed on my credit account by a RPM Receivables Performance Management for {$77.00}, original client XXXX.

I am in the process of closing on a house so this my prevent me from being able to complete the transaction. I contacted XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX who comfirmed that I owed no money to them. I took the chat transcript and sent to RPM, letting them know this debt was not valid and that any further reporting would be with the knowledge it was false. They ignored me and reported me to further agencies.

They now admit this was in error and was paid, but have yet to remove negative marks from my report.
