Consumer Complaint: Enhanced Recovery has been calling my cell phone using a robocaller at least 37 times this week alone. They are using sleezy tactics in trying to harass me via phone calls. I’ve repeatedly asked them to add my phone number to their ” Do Not Call ” list but the continue to call. They always ask for ” XXXX ” who is someone I do not know. They have promised to not call my number in response to complaints I’ve previously filed here but continue to do so. They have called using the XXXX phone number and also local call spoofing. My phone number has been on the national ” Do not call ” list for several years.
This is the last time I file via this route. My next option is lawsuit and I’ve already contacted a lawyer. I’ve been logging all the calls/dates and will proceed if this does not immediately stop.
