I have attempted several times to dispute this reporting on my own and company has not given a resolution. This account was set up with out my permission and with my personal information. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX did not have best practices with verifying if person calling in is the correct party.

This is injust and i shouldnt be held responsible when my identity was used without verification.
