Consumer Complaint: I went to the ER in XXXX XXXX, thinking my XXXX was XXXX. This was XX/XX/XXXX. I was told that I would not be able to be XXXX XXXX anymore. Long story short, I finally got Medi-cal in XX/XX/XXXX. I have been under the same doctor ‘s care since XX/XX/XXXX and after being given XXXX XXXX at the ER without insurance and another ER visit months later due to a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, I guess these bills that I could never afford, I though we’re paid by MediCal because I filled out the form I was told to contact any hospital, doctor or any other medical service and they would pay it. I never heard back and thought it was taken care of. I did not get approved for XXXX until XX/XX/XXXXand was given XXXX back pay and only 600+, $ a month leaving me unable to work, pay back my adult sons and every one else who had supported me back for all the burden they went through. I can’t afford to pay all the money plus interest on these huge medical bills. I could pay XXXX $ a month but the interest is almost as much as the principle. Now, I am XXXX XXXX XXXX and need more XXXX on my XXXX XXXX and have an XXXX caregiver that helps me for 70 ish hours a month. I need to move out of the RV I rent but I don’t know how to get a loan so I can get an easier place to stay and help me to be able to have a XXXX friendly room for rent or a way to not feel like a prisoner of my own body. I am sorry but do not know what to do.
