Consumer Complaint: This complaint involves XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX. I tried settling this debt many times and finally could not access my account at all. Wal-Mart no longers uses Synchrony Bank and they keep trying to collect from small consumers instead of suing Wal-Mart. I paid and paid on this debt and it never seemed to go away. I am being harassed by a 3rd party debt collection agency with repeated calls daily trying to collect on a debt I do not believe I owe. The bank is ruining my life and credit score and I am in the process of trying to sell a house. I have a bank account with XXXX XXXX with money in my account from Social Security that I can not even access because the bank repeatedly closes my account because I have suspicious foreign transactions occuring. This happens every month around the first week of the month. I have told XXXXXXXX XXXX that I made the transactions and yet this happens every month. To add to the problem I am XXXX Veteran married to a foreign national who has every right to stay in this country despite the fact she is not a citizen because she holds a green with a 7 or 10 year status.
