Consumer Complaint: Was initially contacted on XX/XX/2018 by XXXX XXXX at Sequoia financial services, XXXX, extension XXXX. Said I owed a medical debt to XXXX XXXX, but still to this day, after requesting on XX/XX/XXXX, have not received any written notification of the specifics of this debt. In my conversation with XXXX XXXX, I stated that XXXX XXXX had still not reimbursed me for money due back for a payment I made to them over A year ago that was not due. XXXX XXXX repeatedly told me they would reimburse this, but never did. I have been waiting and trying to contact them repeatedly, for them to refund this. I told XXXX XXXX I would be researching this as the amount that he stated was due was in dispute due to the fact that XXXX XXXX still had never refunded my money. He continues to call, but I have still not received anything in writing from this company. He continues to call, but I have still not received anything in writing from this company.
