Consumer Complaint: Dear Sir/Madam, Last XX/XX/XXXX my daughter XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX years of age experienced XXXX XXXX and XXXX while we were having a 3 day vocation in XXXX XXXX, Nevada. We brought her at the emergency room in a hospital in XXXX XXXX.
At the emergency room we informed the nursing staff that we do not have a health insurance. We informed them we can only pay the emergency room fees since we do not have a health insurance.

A practical nurse examined my daughter and gave her XXXX XXXX XXXX. There was no Emergency room physician that examined my daughter and after paying the emergency room fees of US {$600.00} through our credit card we were discharged from the ER.

However, after 4 weeks a collection agency keeps on threatening us that we need to pay our balance of US {$880.00} for the doctors fee. Even though there was no medical doctor or Emergency doctor that examined my daughter. The collection agency keeps on writing and calling us since last year and threatening us that they will report to the three credit bureau .for our debt collection. I am a XXXX XXXX and my wife is a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX visiting from XXXX XXXX XXXX and we are aware that only a nurse examined my daughter and gave us a prescription her XXXX.

Collection agency.is making a fraudulent claim and this unfair practices should be stopped and they should be reprimanded for false claims.
