Consumer Complaint: Company ( Ally Financial ) calls from various numbers using spoofing techniques to emulate numbers I have saved as personal contacts Company calls from BLOCKED phone numbers and does not leave message informing me what they are calling about XX/XX/18 I have been in contact with company to make payment arrangements due to a recent new job. Informed them of when my paycheck would be so I can make payment next day. They indicated they would notate my account and hold off on late fees.
XX/XX/18 Company called from BLOCKED number, did not leave message XX/XX/2018 Company repossessed car between XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX, did not leave notice of repossession or company. I thought car was stolen. Called police to create police report. Called auto loan to inform them of theft and thats when they informed me of repossession. Added {$400.00} repossession fee as well as {$200.00} ” re-key ” fee even though car has been in their possession less than 8 hours. Escalated problem to manager and he was abusive, vague and incorrect on the facts of my issue.
