Discussed with XXXX XXXX whom verified this to be true. Consolidated loan per their recommendation. Discovered that not only was that not true, but also all the payments I had made to that point no longer counted and could not be retrospectively added back on. Discussed at length with XXXX. They reported what the give is only advice and they cant be held liable for the outcomes.
