Consumer Complaint: In XX/XX/XXXX, an additional charge of {$1200.00} was added to my monthly bill. I immediately contacted the lender. They stated that it was not correct and would fix the issue. I continued to get collection phone calls and email. I called the lender again after 3 weeks because my account was still showing passed due. Again, the customer service representative assure me that the issue was being resolved. I have submitted emails to the lender via there website twice with no reply. I am now receiving correspondence in the mail threatening to place my loan in default, garnish wages and taxes and report me to all three credit monitors.
